Nick Miller, CCIM  specializes in office and industrial landlord representation and capital markets with Cody Payne.

Nick has spent the past 3 years with Bright Realty focused on retail and office leasing, selling development land and investment sales. Nick was responsible for leasing Bright’s Castle Hills portfolio of retail, office and mixed-use projects as well as CME Development’s shopping center portfolio in Collin County. Prior to Bright Realty, Nick started his real estate career in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office as part of the net leased properties group.

Nick is a Dallas native, attended Highland Park High School, and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University where he worked at the school’s basketball arena. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM Designee) and is a member of NTCAR and ICSC.

Outside of the office, Nick enjoys reading, running and scuba diving. He is an avid fan of LSU football and baseball, as well as the Dallas Stars.
